Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Shipment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring cost efficiency, timely deliveries, and compliance with all required procedures. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a good understanding of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipments to ensure adherence to costs, timelines, and productivity targets

• Handle all necessary documentation and paperwork related to shipments and customs clearance

• Prepare shipment-related insurance requests and follow up on associated invoices

• Review and assess shipment invoices regularly for accuracy and compliance

• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and insurance providers to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and reports
