Job Title: Logistics & Shipment Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Shipment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring cost efficiency, timely deliveries, and compliance with all required procedures. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a good understanding of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor shipments to ensure adherence to costs, timelines, and productivity targets

Handle all necessary documentation and paperwork related to shipments and customs clearance

Prepare shipment-related insurance requests and follow up on associated invoices

Review and assess shipment invoices regularly for accuracy and compliance

Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and insurance providers to ensure smooth operations

Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics software
