Job Title: Logistics & Shipment Coordinator

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics & Shipment Coordinator to manage documentation, inventory issues, and shipment logistics within the UAE. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in international shipping procedures, customs documentation, and cost-efficient logistics practices. This role demands strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to ensure timely and effective delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage all documents required for shipments and customs clearance

  • Resolve any shipment and inventory-related issues promptly

  • Create and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents

  • Monitor shipment schedules, logistics costs, and ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain efficient communication with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage organizational and managerial duties under pressure

  • Residence Location: United Arab Emirates
