Key Responsibilities

🚚 Manage and coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
🔍 Ensure adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams & external suppliers to streamline logistics processes and address operational challenges.
🌡️ Oversee the handling of temperature-sensitive products and specialized pharmaceuticals.
📑 Maintain accurate shipment documentation to comply with industry regulations.
📦 Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages and ensure product availability.
⚡ Resolve transportation issues in real-time to prevent delivery disruptions.
📊 Report key logistics performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
🌍 Build and maintain strong relationships with international logistics partners.

What You Bring

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
✔️ 3-5 years of experience in logistics, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
✔️ International logistics experience is highly preferred.
✔️ Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GDP, GMP, temperature control requirements).
✔️ Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
✔️ Strong organizational & problem-solving skills to work in fast-paced environments.
✔️ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

🌍 Experience in global pharmaceutical supply chains.
📜 Familiarity with international regulatory bodies governing pharmaceutical logistics.
