ROSEN Group, a global leader in pipeline inspection and industrial asset integrity solutions, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Dubai (Jebel Ali Free Zone). The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily shipping, distribution, procurement, and inventory processes to support the company’s supply chain operations. This role requires expertise in import/export documentation, transportation coordination, and compliance with local regulations to ensure timely and efficient logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage transport requests via sea, air, and land haulage.

• Request, evaluate, and confirm offers based on inquiries.

• Monitor transportation progress to meet client requirements efficiently.

• Prepare and process import/export documentation.

• Update business software with transport data (cost, time, weight, etc.).

• Verify transport service providers and monitor market changes in availability.

• Support procurement processes for materials, goods, and services.

• Ensure efficient order fulfillment by aligning purchasing, warehousing, and transportation activities.

• Manage assets across business lines for optimization.

• Ensure compliance with all internal and external health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the supply chain.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Proven experience in Logistics/Supply Chain management, including procurement, inventory, and shipment coordination.

• Knowledge of import/export documentation processes (JAFZA experience preferred).

• Familiarity with Dubai Trade website for Bill of Entry and Exit.

• Experience with freight forwarding companies.

• Document control and storage management experience.

• IATA certification for Dangerous Goods (DG) handling required.

• JAFZA-approved courses are an advantage.

• Experience in Oil & Gas logistics is an added advantage.
