Logistic Coordinator Cum Driver (With Own Car) | Easy World Automation | Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Join Easy World Automation as a Logistic Coordinator Cum Driver and play a key role in managing stock organization, delivery preparation, and supporting warehousing operations. This role also includes driving to various locations for product deliveries and collections.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and proper arrangement of stock in the warehouse.

• Prepare and pack products for deliveries.

• Support overall warehousing operations and assist with inventory reconciliation.

• Ensure packaging materials are always available and in stock.

• Participate in stock-taking and inventory physical verification processes.

• Properly store incoming, RMA, and non-conforming products with clear identification and tagging.

• Assist with product displays for events and exhibitions.

• Ensure efficient delivery and collection of products to different locations using your own car.

• Coordinate effectively with team members and customers to address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong presentation and telephone etiquette skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage customer complaints or queries tactfully.

  • A team player who is well-organized, disciplined, and presentable.

• Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma.

  • 2-3 years of experience as a logistics coordinator, particularly in managing imports/exports, physical verification, auditing stocks, barcoding, and packaging.

  • Experience with logistics documentation such as air freight, sea freight, and courier documentation.

  • Familiarity with SAGE ERP, Microsoft 365, and MIS reporting.

  • UAE Driving License is mandatory and the candidate must have their own car.
