One&Only Resorts is seeking a Lobby Host to join their exceptional team at One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for luxury hospitality. As a brand ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a memorable and warm welcome while ensuring a seamless guest experience in the lobby area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Provide assistance and anticipate guest needs in the lobby area

• Ensure the guest experience is smooth, attentive, and joyful

• Collaborate with the guest relations and front office teams

• Maintain an elegant and organized presence at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations or front office in a luxury hotel

• Excellent service attitude and strong sense of urgency

• Well-presented, dynamic, and emotionally intelligent

• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Multilingual skills are a plus (Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, German, or Mandarin)
