New Life Dubai is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Counsellor to provide ongoing support and guidance to residents. This role requires working on-site and living within the facility to ensure 24/7 support when needed. The counsellor will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, create and implement care plans, and foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily emotional support and guidance to residents.

• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions.

• Develop and implement tailored care and treatment plans.

• Promote a safe, supportive, and trust-building environment for residents.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

• Collaborate with other staff members to provide holistic care.

• Assist with crisis intervention and handle emergencies effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Proven experience in individual and group therapy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to develop care plans and provide consistent emotional support.

• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with residents.

• Experience in crisis management and intervention.

• Relevant certifications or licenses in counseling are an added advantage.
