Aqary Real Estate is hiring a Listing Team Leader to supervise property listings and manage a team of agents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality listings.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee property listings—creation, updates, and removals.
✅ Supervise & guide listing agents and assistants.
✅ Ensure accuracy & compliance of all property listings.
✅ Conduct market analysis for competitive pricing.
✅ Communicate with sellers to provide updates and feedback.

Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of experience as a Listing Agent.
✔ Real estate license (preferred).
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills.
✔ Detail-oriented with knowledge of real estate markets.
✔ Fluency in English & Arabic (required).
✔ Must be based in Abu Dhabi.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month
