Ali Restaurant and Café in Dubai is looking for an experienced Line Cook specializing in Eastern and International cuisines. The role is full-time and requires immediate joining. The Line Cook will maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and kitchen operations while collaborating effectively with the culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dishes in Eastern and International cuisines to maintain consistency and quality.

  • Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and other food safety protocols.

  • Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for ingredient usage.

  • Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

  • Manage inventory and ensure proper handling of kitchen supplies.

  • Work collaboratively with co-workers, supporting a positive team environment.

  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Eastern and International cuisines.

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.

  • Understanding of international culinary standards and practices.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Positive attitude and professionalism in a team-oriented setting.
