We are hiring an experienced Lighting Project Sales Engineer to join a leading lighting solutions provider in Dubai. This role is ideal for a technically sound sales professional with a passion for lighting design, client engagement, and business development. You will be responsible for driving lighting project sales, conducting site evaluations, and delivering customized, high-quality lighting solutions for clients across the UAE.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

💡 Technical & Design Expertise

• Conduct detailed on-site lighting assessments for commercial and residential projects

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and interior designers to deliver innovative and functional lighting designs

• Utilize tools like DIALux, AGi32 to produce accurate lighting simulations and proposals

💼 Sales & Client Management

• Generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle—from initial consultation to project handover

• Present tailored lighting solutions to clients, contractors, and consultants, focusing on technical performance and aesthetics

• Provide technical specifications, compliance documentation, and cost-effective solutions to meet client needs

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, developers, and facility managers

📊 Business Development & Strategy

• Stay informed about industry trends, local regulations, and competitor products

• Create and submit detailed quotations, tenders, and technical documentation

• Train clients on proper product use and installation best practices

• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

✅ Candidate Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field
✔️ 3–8 years of experience in lighting sales or project engineering, preferably in the UAE
✔️ Familiarity with UAE lighting codes, regulations, and market trends
✔️ Experience with Dialux, Relux, AutoCAD, or similar lighting design tools
✔️ Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus)
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔️ Certified by IALD, IES, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
✔️ Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Professional demeanor and a strong client service orientation
