The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm is looking for a Lifestyle Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. This role requires passion, flair, and a strong commitment to service excellence in a luxurious hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft, prepare, and serve beverages to guests with professionalism and flair.

• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and memorable experiences.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in line with brand expectations.

• Manage bar inventory and restocking processes.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.

• Uphold The St. Regis brand standards in every aspect of bartending and guest interaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending within a luxury or high-end hospitality setting preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Deep understanding of mixology, drink presentation, and beverage pairing.

• Passion for luxury service and guest experience.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
