Marriott International is seeking a Lifestyle Bartender to join their team at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll deliver memorable bar experiences by combining beverage expertise with outstanding hospitality and a strong sense of style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests with attention to quality and presentation.

• Go beyond basic bartending by engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Stay up to date with market trends and anticipate guest needs.

• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Take personal responsibility for guest satisfaction and overall bar experience.

• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and grooming standards.

• Be prepared for physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and bending throughout shifts.

• Collaborate with team members and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in food & beverage or hospitality.

• No supervisory experience required.

• No specific license or certification required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service and attention to detail.

• Up-to-date knowledge of mixology and bar trends is a plus.
