Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of premium beverages and cocktails tailored to guest preferences.

• Provide attentive and engaging service that reflects the St. Regis brand standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per Marriott guidelines.

• Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service.

• Stay updated on current beverage trends to enhance the guest experience.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.

• Positive attitude and a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment is preferred.

• Basic food safety and hygiene certification is an advantage.
