Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach is currently hiring a certified and alert Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guests at their swimming facilities. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, ideal for individuals with strong swimming skills and a commitment to maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise swimming activities and ensure the safety of all patrons.

• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe and orderly atmosphere.

• Respond swiftly to emergencies and provide CPR or first aid when required.

• Keep the pool area clean and well-organized.

• Monitor weather conditions and make safety adjustments accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Lifeguard certification.

• CPR and First Aid certification.

• Strong swimming skills and rescue technique knowledge.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physically fit with the stamina to handle long shifts.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
