Job Overview:
We are looking for a Lifecycle Insights Manager with a strong background in OEM and dealer environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and profitability levers in the automotive sector. This role requires expertise in data analytics, pricing optimization, and competitor benchmarking to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Market Analysis & Pricing Optimization
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing strategies to identify opportunities.
- Conduct pricing sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact on profitability and market share.
- Develop pricing models and algorithms to forecast the effect of pricing decisions.
🔹 Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor key pricing performance metrics (KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Facilitate automated/semi-automated real-time monitoring of competitor pricing to maintain market competitiveness.
🔹 Competitive Benchmarking & Tactical Pricing
- Perform competitive benchmarking to assess pricing positioning and identify differentiation areas.
- Develop personalized, targeted tactical offers to enhance revenue and market penetration.
- Drive consistent pricing reviews and decision-making across all brands within Al-Futtaim Automotive.
🔹 Financial & Performance Analysis
- Work with finance teams to analyze pricing impact on revenue, profitability, and financial performance.
- Ensure data integrity and leverage predictive pricing simulations for accurate forecasting.
Required Skills & Competencies:
✔ Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong expertise in pricing analysis, data processing, and statistical modeling.
- Knowledge of data science, predictive simulations, and automation methodologies.
- Experience in performance reporting and data visualization tools.
✔ Strategic & Commercial Acumen:
- Ability to develop pricing strategies that maximize profit and market share.
- Clear strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Education: Business or technical university degree (preferred).
📅 Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in an Automotive Pricing role with an OEM or large dealer group.
- Proven expertise in pricing analysis, forecasting, and data analytics.
