Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and licensed Dental Assistant to join a leading private medical center in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DOH/HAAD License and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the dental team in all clinical and administrative aspects.

Key Responsibilities

🦷 Clinical Assistance & Patient Care

• Prepare and set up dental instruments, materials, and medications for procedures.

• Assist in taking and developing X-rays (panoramic, cephalic, peri-apical).

• Mix and prepare alginate and rubber materials for impressions.

📋 Patient Records & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records, including health history and treatment details.

• Assist with charting and documentation during patient consultations.

📦 Inventory & Equipment Management

• Monitor and manage dental materials and medications, ensuring stock availability.

• Perform monthly checks on expiration dates of medical supplies.

🧼 Sterilization & Hygiene Compliance

• Ensure all instruments and work areas are sterilized following hygiene standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and sterility in the treatment room and equipment.

⚡ Additional Support Duties

• Provide general support to the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

• Perform any other assigned tasks to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ License & Certification:

• Mandatory: Valid DOH/HAAD License as a Dental Assistant.

✅ Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a dental assistant role (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of dental radiography and X-ray procedures.

• Ability to mix dental materials for impressions accurately.

• Proficient in inventory management and supply tracking.

• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and sterility protocols.
