Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist 

Job Description:

We are looking for an empathetic and highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join a leading multidisciplinary mental health team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering personalized, evidence-based care and supporting clients on their journey toward emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth psychological assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and psychological profiles.

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Address a wide range of psychological concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, general physicians, and other specialists to offer integrated care.

• Keep detailed, confidential records in accordance with UAE regulations and clinic policies.

• Stay updated on the latest research and treatment methods in the field of clinical psychology.

• Lead or participate in mental health awareness initiatives, workshops, and educational programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate (PhD/PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university.

• DHA license or eligibility to obtain one is mandatory.

• 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital, mental health facility, or private practice setting.

• Expertise in psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Strong communication and cultural sensitivity skills, especially when working with a diverse client base.

Preferred Candidate:

• Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years

• Nationality: Eastern European candidates preferred

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree / higher diploma or above

• License: Must hold or be eligible for a DHA license
