Role Overview:
The Licensed Assistant Nurse will support patients in their daily living activities, administer medications, and provide specialized care in a homecare setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility at home.

• Administer medications and monitor for any side effects.

• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes.

• Maintain accurate patient records and daily progress notes.

• Provide specialized care, including tracheostomy, catheter care, and bedsore prevention/treatment.

• Handle enteral feeding via NGT or PEG.

• Maintain hygiene and safety in compliance with healthcare protocols.

• Communicate clearly with patients and families about care procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, diploma, or associate degree in Nursing.

• Valid DHA, MOH, or HAAD license (Assistant Nurse, Staff Nurse, or Practical Nurse).

• 1–2 years of nursing experience (home country experience accepted).

• BLS/CPR certification.

• Strong communication, observation, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently in homecare settings.
