Aspris Middle East is seeking a Licensed Arabic-Speaking Psychologist with a DHA License to provide psychological treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues. The psychologist will conduct individual and group therapy, including various modalities such as CBT, CFT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and DBT. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological treatment to a variety of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, in individual and group therapy settings.

• Conduct psychotherapeutic interventions such as CBT, CFT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and DBT.

• Advise and inform guardians and significant others about patients’ conditions and treatment.

• Deliver academic, personal, social, and emotional counseling.

• Build strong rapport with patients and provide effective counseling and feedback on progress.

• Prepare psychological assessment reports and maintain comprehensive records.

• Contribute to the development of pathways in specialized areas and provide team guidance and training.

• Work within a multidisciplinary team and attend team meetings and supervision sessions.

• Liaise with healthcare professionals for collaborative patient care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychology.

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from an accredited university.

• DHA License required.

• A Master’s degree in clinical psychology or a specialized branch of counseling is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to perform essential job functions, maintain punctual attendance, and work flexible hours.
