Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and assess current legislation in Dubai to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

• Prepare legislative oversight reports to ensure correct application of laws by government entities and local authorities.

• Monitor annual legislative compliance rates across Dubai government bodies.

• Conduct post-implementation assessments of legislation to evaluate efficiency and propose amendments or repeals.

• Study reports from strategic partners and regulatory bodies on legislative violations and draft related legal correspondence.

• Manage cases, complaints, and observations regarding legislative violations via the Legislative Audit Directorate hotline.

• Follow up on news reports and conduct investigations to ensure compliance with legislation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

• 2–6 years of relevant legal experience.

• Strong knowledge of legislative review, compliance, and enforcement.

• Excellent legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.

• Must be a UAE National.
