Job Title: Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, offering strategic legal direction and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Compliance

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, employment matters, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Develop and implement robust compliance programs aligned with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure the company’s adherence to local and international legal regulations.

Contract Negotiation & Risk Management

• Lead contract negotiations for commercial agreements, joint ventures, and supplier contracts.
• Identify legal risks and formulate effective mitigation strategies to protect business interests.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Work closely with senior management, external legal advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless legal operations.
• Provide legal guidance to various departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification legal experience.
  • Proven expertise in commercial contracts, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

• Legal Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of US (New York), England & Wales laws or other neutral legal territories.

• Industry Expertise (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Experience in Hospitality & F&B, Retail, or Museum Visitor Experience sectors.

• Education:

  • Degree in Law (LLB, LLM preferred).
