Job Title: Legal Counsel 

Job Description:

A prominent and innovative Medical Device company is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This is a strategic legal role within a fast-paced, regulated industry that offers a platform for impactful work and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer clear, timely, and business-oriented legal counsel to senior executives across the organization.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and partnership deals.

• Proactively assess legal risks associated with business strategies and operational activities.

• Lead and manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.

• Develop and implement effective risk management strategies aligned with regulatory compliance.

• Translate legal documents when needed to support cross-functional clarity.

• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Stay abreast of evolving legislation and ensure compliance with local and international legal frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently residing in the UAE – applications from outside the UAE will not be considered.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; MBA is an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of proven legal experience in the Medical Devices industry.

• Solid background in litigation management and contract law.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for business needs when required.
