Job Title: Legal Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Consultant to ensure our company’s adherence to UAE real estate laws, corporate regulations, and AML compliance. The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel, manage contracts, and represent the company in regulatory and legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

⚖️ Legal Compliance & Advisory

• Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, DLD, RERA, and corporate regulations.
• Provide legal counsel on real estate, corporate, and business matters.

📑 Contract & Documentation Management

• Draft, review, and oversee corporate, real estate, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with company interests and minimize legal risks.

⚠️ Dispute Resolution & Risk Management

• Handle legal disputes and client complaints effectively.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when required.

🏛️ Regulatory & Government Representation

• Represent the company before DLD, RERA, MOHRE, and Dubai Courts.
• Manage regulatory filings, licensing, and approvals.

💰 AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Compliance

• Serve as the AML Compliance Officer, overseeing:
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Risk assessments
  • Suspicious activity reporting in line with UAE Central Bank regulations

📋 Internal Legal Compliance & Policies

• Develop and enforce company-wide legal policies.
• Conduct internal legal audits to ensure adherence to UAE labor laws.

📚 Employee Training & Development

• Develop and conduct legal training sessions for employees on:
  • Compliance regulations
  • Contract obligations
  • Dispute handling

Candidate Requirements

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Proven experience in UAE real estate law, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Prior experience dealing with government authorities and police.

🛠️ Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of DLD, RERA, MOHRE, and AML regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and advisory skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with a professional vocabulary.

🌍 Nationality: Arabic Speaker (Preferred)
