This role involves legal advisory, drafting, case management, stakeholder engagement, incorporation matters, and litigation across the GCC. Key Responsibilities:

⚖️ Provide legal advisory services on employment matters across multiple jurisdictions
📜 Draft contracts, policies, and legal documents ensuring compliance with local laws
📂 Manage case handling and litigation for employment disputes
🤝 Oversee stakeholder engagement and ensure effective legal communication
🏢 Assist with incorporation matters and regulatory employment compliance

Job Requirements:

🎓 8+ years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in employment law
🏛 Private Practice training preferred; prior regional in-house experience is an advantage
🌍 Strong knowledge of employment laws in KSA, UAE, UK, and/or US
📑 Experience in drafting legal documents, case management, and litigation
