Lawyers On Demand (LOD) is hiring Legal Consultants in Abu Dhabi to work on high-caliber assignments across leading global companies. This is a hybrid, contract-based role ideal for legally trained professionals seeking flexibility, variety, and a modern approach to legal consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join client organizations on secondment, providing high-quality legal services.

• Offer expert legal support across Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Employment, Real Estate & Construction.

• Manage client relationships and provide commercially sound legal advice.

• Adapt to a variety of industries and business environments.

• Support legal teams with both full-time and part-time assignments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years PQE from a top-tier international law firm.

• Experience in one or more of the following: Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Employment, Real Estate, Construction.

• Prior in-house or secondment experience is advantageous.

• Common or Civil Law qualified.

• Must reside in the UAE and hold a valid GCC, Golden, Spousal, or Freelancer visa.

• Able to start assignments at short notice.

• Proactive, commercially minded, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
