Allstream Global is seeking a Legal Compliance Manager – Forex to oversee legal and regulatory compliance for its Forex operations. This senior role ensures adherence to UAE and international financial regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and CTF (Counter-Terrorist Financing). The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and regulatory bodies such as the Central Bank of UAE (CBUAE) and the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement compliance policies to align Forex operations with local and global financial laws.
✅ Monitor regulatory changes and advise senior management on legal risks and compliance.
✅ Ensure anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention measures are in place and executed.
✅ Manage compliance reporting, audits, and regulatory filings with authorities such as CBUAE and SCA.
✅ Lead risk governance and legal advisory for Forex transactions.
✅ Conduct employee training programs on Forex compliance and risk management.
✅ Represent the company in discussions with regulatory authorities and financial bodies.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Finance (Master’s degree preferred).
✔️ 10+ years of experience in legal & regulatory compliance within Forex, financial services, or banking.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Forex regulations, including AML, KYC, and CTF.
✔️ Expertise in CBUAE and SCA compliance requirements for Forex.
✔️ Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or legal certifications are a plus.
✔️ Strong leadership, legal advisory, and regulatory risk management experience.
✔️ Excellent analytical, legal writing, and communication skills.
