Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, and employment law issues.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Ensure company operations comply with local, national, and international laws.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations when needed.

• Manage and resolve disputes while coordinating with external legal counsel.

• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on matters affecting the business.

• Identify potential legal risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

• Support policy and procedure development within the organization.

• Stay updated on legislative changes relevant to company operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent (Master’s or additional certifications preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Legal Advisor, Corporate Counsel, or in a similar role within the UAE.

• Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law.

• Excellent skills in drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Salary

AED 5,000 per month
