Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Leasing Executive with experience in residential leasing to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to close leasing deals while ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and KYC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing of residential properties including apartments, villas, and townhouses.

• Generate and convert qualified tenant leads to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to KYC, legal, and financial protocols.

• Conduct market research and stay informed on pricing, competitor offerings, and project quality in key residential areas.

• Ensure all leads are followed up promptly and effectively within set KPIs.

• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in leasing within the UAE real estate sector.

• Professional certifications such as RERA, Negotiation, or Leasing-specific training are preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Yardi, Oracle, or CRM platforms.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
