Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to provide back-office leasing support services and manage a diverse real estate portfolio. This role is not customer-facing and focuses on managing data, documents, and system updates related to leasing operations across various facility types including land, offices, warehouses, accommodations, and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle all back-end leasing processes ensuring accurate data and documentation in Salesforce and SAP systems.

Prepare lease agreements for new sales and renewals to ensure timely processing upon payment.

Maintain accurate client details and contact information in internal systems.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve exceptional cases and amendments within designated timelines.

Send renewal reminders and follow up with clients to ensure timely lease renewals.

Update external communications regarding leasing policies and procedures for clients.

Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in leasing operations.

Manage the Take Over of Facility process to ensure non-renewed premises are prepared for new leasing opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in leasing, portfolio management, property management, business administration, or real estate administration.

Strong knowledge of leasing processes, tenant relations, portfolio management, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required, Arabic preferred.

Familiarity with lease contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.

Ability to draft, review, and process lease agreements and reports.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Basic understanding of accounting principles such as rent, deposits, and invoicing.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
