We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Leasing Advisor to join our real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced property market, enjoy building strong client relationships, and are eager to maximize earnings through performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote available properties to potential tenants.

• Conduct property viewings, highlighting features and benefits to match client needs.

• Guide clients through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease agreement signing.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, rental prices, and property availability.

• Draft and process lease agreements and related documentation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry partners.

• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of listings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leasing or real estate sales, preferably within Dubai.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Knowledge of Dubai property laws and leasing regulations is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Professional appearance and client-oriented demeanor.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
