GEMS Founders School Dubai South is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for September 2025 to support students with special educational needs and assist teachers in delivering high-quality education.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Collect and analyse student data to track progress and inform teaching strategies.

• Collaborate with teaching staff and support teams to ensure a positive learning environment.

• Contribute to the school’s vision of growth, flourishing, and success for all students.

• Maintain safeguarding standards and adhere to GEMS Education policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Qualified/certified teacher preferred, with a specialism in Special Educational Needs.

• In-depth knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and trends in Special Education.

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Education:

• Bachelor of Education (mandatory).
