Osraty for Physio and Rehab, a leading physiotherapy and rehabilitation center with three branches across Dubai, is seeking a passionate and qualified Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai as part of Osraty’s Shadowing Program, focusing on the support and inclusion of children of determination in mainstream educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior strategies under clinical supervision.

• Provide one-on-one and small group academic support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods.

• Monitor and record student progress and behavior data accurately.

• Encourage classroom inclusion and foster an engaging learning environment.

• Coordinate with school teachers, therapists, and families to ensure a consistent support approach.

• Manage behavioral challenges and help children build essential life and academic skills.

• Respect confidentiality and maintain ethical standards in all interactions.

• Support scheduling and mentoring other LSAs when needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a shadow teacher in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of ABA principles.

• Valid UAE residency visa.

• Highly professional, organized, and collaborative team player.
