Milele is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth within the automotive sector. This role focuses on succession planning, competency-based learning, and training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and align training with business goals.
✅ Succession Planning: Develop career progression frameworks and identify high-potential employees for leadership roles.
✅ Training Development: Design structured learning pathways, engaging content, and e-learning modules.
✅ LMS Management: Implement and oversee Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training delivery.
✅ Training Coordination & Delivery: Organize and conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training.
✅ Performance Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
✅ Compliance & Audits: Ensure training meets automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s or L&D certification (CIPD, ATD, etc.) is an advantage.
📌 Experience: 3-5 years in learning & development, workforce training, and program implementation within the automotive industry.
📌 Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS platforms, instructional design, and training material development.
📌 Soft Skills: Strong facilitation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
📌 Industry Knowledge: Understanding of automotive training standards, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
