Milele is a leading organization in the automotive sector focused on workforce development and employee growth. The company emphasizes training, succession planning, and competency-based learning to ensure employees achieve their full potential while meeting industry standards.

Role Overview:
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for assessing training needs, developing tailored learning programs, and implementing effective training solutions. The role also involves succession planning, career development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps.

  • Collaborate with department heads for job role competency assessments.

  • Develop structured learning paths and career progression frameworks.

  • Design and develop engaging training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.

  • Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective training delivery.

  • Organize and conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs.

  • Coordinate with external trainers and vendors as required.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Ensure training programs comply with automotive industry standards and regulations.

  • Conduct training audits and maintain accurate training records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s or L&D certifications preferred.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in learning & development, ideally in the automotive sector.

  • Expertise in TNA, succession planning, and instructional design.

  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools.

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of automotive industry compliance and training standards.

  • Certifications like CIPD, ATD, or other recognized L&D certifications are a plus.

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month
