First Class Property Management is looking for an experienced Lean Manager to drive operational excellence by implementing Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with operations and supervision teams to optimize workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Lean processes such as daily direction-setting meetings, KPIs, process confirmation, and auditing.

• Work closely with operations and supervision teams to identify improvement opportunities.

• Conduct regular audits and process confirmations to ensure compliance and performance tracking.

• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and productivity.

• Perform root cause analysis and apply Lean methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies.

• Train and coach employees at all levels on Lean principles to foster a continuous improvement culture.

• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize workflows and reduce waste.

• Maintain structured documentation and reporting for all Lean initiatives.

• Act as a change agent, promoting proactive problem-solving and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✅ Essential:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Lean Management within a manufacturing, production, or operational environment.

• Deep understanding of Lean methodologies, including KPIs, process confirmation, auditing, and advanced analysis techniques.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive sustainable improvements.

• Hands-on approach, working directly with operations and supervision teams.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence change across the organization.

✅ Preferred:

• Experience training and mentoring teams on Lean methodologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).

Salary & Employment Details:

• Salary: 15,000 AED per month
