Role Summary:
This full-time remote role supports the Southeast Asia region or UAE with a flexible hybrid model. The Leader of Learning will teach Primary subjects including English, Maths, Science, and Humanities following a universal timetable. You will inspire and motivate students, support quality teaching, and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and subject knowledge

• Support self-evaluation and school improvement strategies

• Promote student progress, wellbeing, and provide guidance

• Contribute to student assessments, reports, and references

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development

• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders

• Act as a professional role model and promote a positive school environment

• Other duties as assigned by line manager

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

• Experience in primary, secondary, or college teaching sectors

• Familiarity with state or independent school environments

• Skilled in creating and enhancing online teaching resources

• Computer literate with proficiency in online teaching technologies

• Ability to engage and motivate students effectively

• Flexible, energetic, and adaptable to fast-changing environments

• Passion for online learning and student development

Working Hours & Salary:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Salary: £36,000 – £42,500 per annum

• UAE-based teaching hours approximately 5:00 am to 1:30 pm UAE time

• SEA-based teaching hours approximately 8:00 am SEA time
