We’re seeking a seasoned Lead or Specialist Interface Engineer to support a high-profile PMC project in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description

As a Lead/Specialist – Project Interface, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating interface activities across various disciplines and stakeholders in large-scale offshore oil & gas projects. Your key role will be to ensure effective communication, integration, and alignment across project phases, particularly during FEED and EPC execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interface management between contractors, vendors, and ADNOC project teams

• Identify, track, and resolve interface issues to maintain project timelines and integrity

• Develop and manage the Interface Register and associated workflows

• Support integration between engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.)

• Ensure all interface documentation meets project and ADNOC standards

• Provide regular reports and updates to project management and stakeholders

• Facilitate technical workshops and interface coordination meetings

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on large FEED/EPC offshore projects

• Prior PMC experience on ADNOC Offshore projects is highly preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent discipline)

Skills & Attributes

• Proven experience with interface management on complex oil & gas projects

• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and interface protocols

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills

• Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments
