TAQA Distribution is hiring a Lead Security Control Room professional to oversee 24/7 security operations across critical infrastructure, including offices, pumping stations, substations, and power & water networks. The role requires managing a team of Security Control Room Shift Officers, ensuring surveillance, incident response, and compliance with security protocols.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Security Control Room Operations

• Supervise daily security monitoring and incident response.
• Ensure control room equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control) is fully functional.
• Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and risk management procedures.

✅ Incident Management & Emergency Response

• Lead security incident coordination and escalation.
• Act as the first point of contact for major security events and emergency responses.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and recommend improvements.

✅ Team Leadership & People Management

• Manage Security Control Room Shift Officers, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
• Conduct regular security briefings and drills to ensure operational readiness.
• Facilitate internal and external coordination with law enforcement & security contractors.

✅ Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on security operations.
• Ensure incident records are accurately maintained in the Incident Management System (IMS).
• Participate in security audits and reviews, updating security policies as needed.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
📌 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• Advanced certification in security management/control room operations is an advantage.

📌 Experience:

• 6-9 years of relevant work experience in security operations, incident management, or crisis response.

📌 Skills:

• Strong leadership & decision-making skills.
• Expertise in control room surveillance, access control, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication & coordination abilities.
