Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to take charge of client mandates, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and deliver high-quality hiring results. This role requires strategic thinking, strong client management skills, and hands-on recruitment expertise. The Lead Recruiter will also play a key role in mentoring junior recruiters and driving innovation in recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver full-cycle recruitment for diverse client mandates across industries and functions.

• Partner with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for senior, mid-level, and volume hiring.

• Source top talent through direct search, networks, digital platforms, and social media.

• Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.

• Manage offers and ensure seamless onboarding in coordination with clients.

• Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to clients.

• Mentor and guide junior recruiters to maintain high standards of delivery.

• Contribute to process improvements and integrate market intelligence into hiring strategies.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in-house).

• Proven ability to manage senior-level, niche, and high-volume hiring.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing tools, and digital recruitment platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative skills.

• High integrity, discretion, and accountability.
