• Revolut, a leading global financial super app, is seeking a Lead Product Owner (Customer Experience) to lead and enhance its customer experience (CX) offerings. You will be responsible for managing and redesigning CX products, including the news feed, chat, chatbots, and voice assistance. This role involves taking full ownership of the product roadmap, from ideation to development and launch, while collaborating cross-functionally and reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building out CX products, managing large teams, and developing technical products. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent UX skills, a passion for innovation, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage products in the customer experience department.

• Enhance and redesign CX offerings, including chat, chatbots, and voice assistance.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage product teams.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of CX products, from conception to maintenance.

• Ensure top-tier customer support and experience by meeting and exceeding industry standards.

Key Requirements:

• Strong UX skills and user-centric design experience.

• Proven track record of managing and launching CX products.

• Experience managing large teams and working with technical products (e.g., distributed systems, data science).

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on approach with a bias to action.
