• Elements MEP is seeking a skilled Lead MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This hands-on role focuses on MEP estimation, procurement, quantity take-offs, and managing commercial matters. The candidate will oversee and support the QS and procurement functions, ensuring accurate and efficient work. This position offers significant growth potential into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and competitive MEP cost estimates.

• Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to determine material, labor, and time requirements.

• Handle quantity take-offs and ensure measurement accuracy.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and cost-effective procurement.

• Assist in contractual and commercial matters, ensuring project alignment.

• Support and guide the QS and procurement team, ensuring efficiency.

• Maintain structured records of estimates, cost data, and procurement activities.

Required Skills / Knowledge:

• Proven experience as an MEP Estimator or MEP Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial expertise.

• UAE experience is mandatory with solid knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and market conditions.

• Expertise in MEP estimation, procurement, quantity take-offs, and commercial matters.

• Proficiency in estimation software and cost control tools.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
