KBR, Inc., a global leader in science, technology, and engineering, is currently seeking a Lead I&C Engineer to join its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in Abu Dhabi. This role is for a high-impact Gas Processing project and is ideal for a senior-level professional with extensive oil & gas engineering experience, particularly in ADNOC-related ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Lead Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer on a PMC gas processing project.

• Provide technical oversight and leadership in the design and execution of EPC and detail engineering phases.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client specifications and international standards.

• Liaise with ADNOC and other stakeholders to drive project excellence in onshore and offshore environments.

• Oversee I&C engineering activities to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 20+ years of total experience in the oil & gas industry.

• Strong background in ADNOC projects and prior PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience is mandatory.

• Proven expertise in Gas Processing Plants – both onshore and offshore.

• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically on onshore and offshore projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory).

• Strong leadership, project coordination, and client communication skills.
