Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will identify and reach out to potential customers, conduct market research, and generate leads through various digital and physical marketing channels. Your efforts will directly contribute to business growth by providing high-quality leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and other lead generation tools.
• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce company services.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for lead generation.
• Maintain and update CRM records while tracking lead conversion rates.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation performance to management.

Requirements:

• Open to female Indian and Filipino nationals, aged 35 years and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Office Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 to 8,500 per month (all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications).
