AI Horizon LLC is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with at least 3 years of proven experience in generating high-quality B2B leads, specifically within the software industry. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, with the ability to identify prospects, build pipelines, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep market research to identify and qualify new business leads.

  • Generate leads through outbound emails, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry databases.

  • Nurture leads until they are sales-ready and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and target ideal customer profiles.

  • Track and manage leads through CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new prospecting tools.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, specifically within the software/IT services domain.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting tools and techniques.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools.

    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
