• Bybit, one of the world’s top three cryptocurrency exchanges with over 40 million users, is hiring a Lead Events Specialist for its Dubai office. This role involves leading global event strategies, managing cross-functional teams and agencies, and executing impactful events aligned with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement event strategies aligned with company goals.

• Coordinate logistics, including venue, vendors, and staffing for smooth event execution.

• Oversee sponsorships and partnerships, negotiating contracts and ensuring brand alignment.

• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to create co-branded campaigns and event content.

• Lead on-site execution of events and manage issues as they arise.

• Ensure adherence to event operations procedures and Bybit brand standards.

• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess ROI and recommend improvements.

• Manage event budgets, monitor costs, and ensure billing accuracy.

• Support and collaborate with local markets on event production and delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in events (agency or brand side).

• Proven success in cross-functional and global collaboration.

• Strong project management and vendor coordination experience.

• Excellent strategic influencing and communication skills.

• Experience or knowledge in the crypto/trading industry preferred.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

• Ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects and multiple stakeholders.

• A strong aesthetic sense and a passion for delivering standout brand experiences.
