Antler, a global early-stage venture capital firm, is seeking Engineering Leaders to co-found VC-backed startups in the MENAP region. The selected candidates will participate in Antler’s 10-week Founder Residency program in Dubai, where they will ideate, validate startup concepts, find co-founders, and pitch for pre-seed investment of $180,000 for 11% equity. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial engineers, tech leaders, and innovators looking to build disruptive tech-driven startups.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead the tech & product strategy of a startup.
🔹 Ideate, validate, and refine business concepts with co-founders.
🔹 Build MVPs and scalable software products.
🔹 Participate in Antler’s Founder Residency program in Dubai.
🔹 Collaborate with functional experts & venture advisors.
🔹 Pitch to Antler’s Investment Committee for pre-seed funding.
🔹 Scale the startup as part of Antler’s global portfolio network.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Technical Expertise:

• Experience as a Software Developer, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
• Proven track record in building scalable software products.
  ✅ Leadership & Problem-Solving:
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical product teams.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  ✅ Entrepreneurial Mindset:
• Passion for technology, innovation, and startups.
• Prior business-building or consulting experience is a plus.
  ✅ Optional:
• Have a startup idea? You can pitch your own concept and find co-founders.
