Job Description:
Taj Al Tasleem is currently hiring a Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations, ensure consistent service quality, and lead a team of laundry staff. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laundry management and a keen eye for detail in service delivery and hygiene compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the laundry department.

• Train, lead, and schedule laundry staff (sorting, washing, pressing, and folding).

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of laundry orders.

• Monitor inventory levels, including chemicals and supplies.

• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with drivers.

• Maintain hygiene standards, ensure machinery is functioning, and uphold safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in laundry or housekeeping supervision.
