Call Center FZ LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Tagalog Language Interpreter to join its Dubai office. The Interpreter will facilitate effective communication between Tagalog-speaking customers and call center staff by providing accurate, timely, and culturally sensitive interpretations. The role also involves translating written documents when needed and assisting team members in understanding Tagalog language and cultural context. This is a key customer support role requiring linguistic expertise, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately interpret conversations and communications between Tagalog-speaking customers and staff.

Provide real-time, culturally sensitive interpretations to ensure clarity and understanding.

Translate written documents and materials as required.

Support call center staff in understanding Tagalog language and cultural nuances.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in both Tagalog and English (spoken and written).

Strong interpreting and translation skills.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting is an advantage.
