Key Responsibilities
📅 Appointment & Schedule Management
- Organize meetings, calendar appointments, and personal schedules efficiently.
📞 Phone & Email Handling
- Answer phone calls professionally and schedule necessary appointments.
- Manage email correspondence using Gmail.
📝 Documentation & Correspondence
- Draft, proofread, and manage important documents and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.
✈️ Travel Arrangements
- Handle travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
🚀 Errands & Personal Assistance
- Provide personal and administrative support, including running errands as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
💻 Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of Gmail and email management.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
📞 Communication & Organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage phone calls and appointments professionally.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
