Key Responsibilities:

🧪 Lab Procedures & Analysis:

• Perform sample preparation, extractions, and analytical measurements (pH, Karl-Fisher, etc.).
• Operate and maintain GC-FID & GC-MS instruments.

📋 Lab Organization & Maintenance:

• Maintain lab supplies, instruments, and records.
• Follow lab safety protocols and ensure a clean workspace.

👃 Sensory & Technical Development:

• Develop olfactive/taste skills to differentiate flavors.
• Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to lab practices.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• College degree or certification in Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Ongoing education towards a BS degree is a plus.
